How quickly can we start services?

Services can begin the same day of initial contact.  However, in an ideal situation, we would love to get to know who your loved one is and have a "Snapshot" of their lives.  This allows us to have a personalize plan of care on the first day of services.

 

Is there a minimum weekly requirement of hours?

No.  Unlike some companies, we do not have a minimum required amount of weekly hours. We understand that there are instances  where clients won't need 24 hour care.  We encourage our clients to set their schedules as they see fit.  We do ask for 72-hours notice if there is a change in schedule. We do require a minimum of 4 hours per visit.

 

Do you train your staff?

Yes.  Our staff is rigourously trained.  Our staff attends "Du Monde Academy"  where they are tested on various care topics.  We ensure our licensed staff credentials remain current. When employed by Du Monde, all of our Care Professionals are licensed, bonded and insured.

 

Can you provide community staffing support?

Yes.  We specialize in being multi-faceted.  We provide RN's, LPN's and CNA's to any and all facilities and communities that may need additional resources.  If interested, feel free to contact our office or send an email to info@dumondecareprofessionals.com.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept checks, credit cards and cash as methods of payments.  

 
Is there a cost for Placement Services?
 
No.  We have contractual agreements in place with various communities throughout Metro Atlanta that covers the costs of our placement fees.  There are no out-of-pocket expenses for our clients.
